Acceptable use

Don't misuse FitTrack: no harassment or hateful content in comments, groups or profiles; no impersonation; no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; no automated scraping. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the workouts, measurements and other content you create. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the app — for example, showing workouts you choose to share to the people who can see them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

Health disclaimer

FitTrack is a training log, not medical advice. Suggestions such as next-set targets are estimates based on your logged data. Train within your abilities, use proper technique, and consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You train at your own risk.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FitTrack available but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you in the app for significant changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FitTrack is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
